So today marks my official attempt to get back onto the Weight Watcher program. I had been on it for over a year, and then I took several months off, maybe close to a year. In that time I went from weighing 332lbs to a semi-slim 199lbs. (i'm 6ft tall) In the time since I quit I have ballooned up to 240lbs. My first goal is to loose 24lbs (10%). My eventual goal is to get to 184lbs. I'm going to try and use this as a way to document my progress. Let's hope I stick to it.
Today's meals:
Breakfast: Mini Wheats with skim milk
Lunch: 2 black bean burger patties w/ corn tortillas and salsa. Not the tastiest lunch ever, but it wasn't bad. Only 3 points, now I have 32 to use by next Wed. I also have a couple of small slices of watermelon. Man I can't wait for summer.
